Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 22, 2026 • Version 2.4
1. Overview & Commitment to Transaction Confidentiality
Ratified Radar operates an autonomous contract and contingency monitoring engine designed for licensed real estate professionals, transaction coordinators, and managing brokers. Because real estate purchase agreements and addenda contain sensitive personal identifiable information (PII) and financial disclosures, we enforce enterprise-grade data isolation, encryption at rest (AES-256), and zero data monetization policies.
2. Information We Ingest and Process
- Contract Data: Property addresses, acceptance/ratification dates, purchase prices, earnest money deposit (EMD) amounts, escrow/title numbers, and contingency cutoff dates.
- Stakeholder Directory: Names, mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and professional roles (Buyer Agent, Listing Agent, Escrow/Title Officer, Loan Officer, Inspector) strictly to orchestrate transaction timeline notifications.
- Document Payloads: Executed purchase agreements (NVAR, C.A.R., TREC, FAR/BAR, etc.) and addenda uploaded for automated milestone parsing.
3. Cellular SMS & A2P 10DLC Messaging Compliance
Ratified Radar delivers mission-critical contract deadline reminders via cellular Short Message Service (SMS) to designated stakeholders (e.g., T-48h, T-28h, and T-4h alerts). In accordance with U.S. A2P 10DLC telecommunications regulations:
No Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Data: We will never sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with any third parties, marketing aggregators, or affiliate networks under any circumstance.
Consent & Opt-Out: Transaction participants receive automated deadline alerts relevant only to their active contract. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS alerts, or HELP for customer support.
4. Multi-Tenant Brokerage Data Isolation
All brokerage transaction records, agent rosters, and active contract files are isolated using Row-Level Security (RLS) within our database infrastructure. Managing Brokers maintain administrative oversight solely over their contracted agents; cross-brokerage data sharing is strictly prevented.
5. Contact & Privacy Officer
